Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of bestfamilydogbreeds.com (“the Site”). The Site is operated by an individual based in China, trading as “Best Family Dog Breeds.” By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site’s free content and tools for personal purposes. Paid sticker packs are licensed separately under "Your license to purchased stickers" below, which permits personal and commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or infringe others’ rights.

Not professional or veterinary advice

The content, guides, calculators, and AI tools on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional consultation. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your dog’s health. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Site.

AI tools

Our breed identifier, cartoonizer, and similar AI features produce automated estimates and creative outputs that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for important decisions. You’re responsible for the images you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

User content

You retain ownership of comments and other content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the Site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or spam. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site’s original text, design, and compiled data are owned by Best Family Dog Breeds and protected by applicable laws. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish substantial portions without permission.

Purchases & digital products

In addition to free content, the Site offers optional paid digital downloads — dog sticker packs featuring original AI-assisted cartoon artwork. The single-breed pack is $3.99 (36 stickers of one breed) and the all-access pass is $19.99 (all 64 popular breeds — 2,304 stickers in total). The all-access pass also includes any additional popular-breed packs we publish in the future, at no extra charge. The current price is confirmed at checkout. Every purchase is a one-time payment — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Each product is an instant digital download: you can access your files from your account while signed in, and we also email you a download link. Your license is perpetual, and the files you download are yours to keep even if you later close your account.

Payment processing

Payments for digital products are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem(creem.io). As the Merchant of Record, Creem is responsible for billing, tax collection, and payment data for these transactions. We do not receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service.

Your license to purchased stickers

Upon completing a purchase, you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the downloaded sticker files for personal and commercial purposes — including in chats, on social media, in marketing materials, and on merchandise you create and sell. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the sticker files themselves as a stand-alone product or pack.
• Claim you created the original artwork or register it as your own trademark.
• Sub-license the files to third parties for them to redistribute independently.

The stickers are original AI-assisted cartoon artwork and the intellectual property of Best Family Dog Breeds. Your license does not transfer ownership of that artwork.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site, the sticker packs, or our AI tools to create, upload, display, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights. Specifically, the following are prohibited:

• Using the stickers or our AI tools (including the breed identifier and the photo cartoonizer) to produce sexual, adult, or otherwise NSFW content.
• Creating deepfakes, face-swaps, or any content that impersonates, misrepresents, or depicts a real person without their explicit consent.
• Producing content that falsely implies an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by us, by Best Family Dog Breeds, or by any other brand or individual without written permission.
• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise making the sticker files available as a stand-alone product, pack, or dataset, or representing yourself as the creator of the original artwork. (This restates and reinforces the purchase license granted above.)

When using our AI tools, you may upload only images you own or have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, and you must not attempt to prompt or manipulate our tools into generating prohibited content. We reserve the right to suspend access or refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.

Originality & AI-generated artwork

The sticker illustrations sold on the Site are original, AI-assisted cartoon artwork created exclusively for Best Family Dog Breeds. They are stylized, generic cartoon dog characters and are not intended to depict any real, identifiable person. They do not incorporate third-party trademarked or copyrighted characters.

Any reference material consulted during the creation process was used solely for general stylistic guidance — specifically, typical breed appearance and pose — and was not copied or reproduced. The output artwork is a wholly transformed, original expression distinct from any reference.

We own or hold the rights necessary to sell the sticker artwork offered on the Site. Purchasing a sticker pack grants you the license described in "Your license to purchased stickers" above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork to you.

Refunds

Because sticker packs are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. We do provide assistance for technical failures and duplicate charges. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details and how to request a refund.

Advertising & affiliate links

The Site may contain affiliate links and may display advertising in the future. If you buy through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Family Dog Breeds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
